This is the Original California Ranch Style House of the Residence.

• A Newly Refurbished Gourmet Spanish Style Kitchen (With Brand New Appliances; New Tile Counter Tops; New Double Sink & Garbage Disposal; Newly Painted Cabinets Inside & Outside; Etc.); and

• A Living Room with Fireplace Overlooking the Newly Refurbished Anthony Designer Swimming Pool.

The "Casita" is Newly Repainted Inside; Has 3 Color TV's with Cable TV Hookup; 1 VCR; New Oriental Rug; New Drapes; 2 New Chairs; And a New Spanish Style Chandelier over the "Casita" Dinning Table.

There are New Laundry Facilities off the "Casita" Kitchen, with 3 Brand New Washers, and 3 Brand New Dryers Delivered just Last Week.

The "Casita" can Sleep Up to 11 Persons, assuming there are 2 Persons to a Bed. The "Casita" Rents Out for $375.00 Per Night.

The Downstairs' Large Living Room of the Main House, is Connected to the "Casita," Via 2 Sets of Double French Doors by way of an Atrium Hallway with Plants, which also has access to the 4 Patio Areas Outside. 

The Large Living Room is Approximately 28 Feet by 17 Feet; Is Newly Painted; Has New Window Privacy Blinds; Has a Large Screen TV, with Cable TV Hookup; Has a DVD Player; Has a New CD Radio Player; Additional Fireplace; and a Large Spanish Style Dinning Table, good for Sit Down Dinners or Buffets; and is Wonderfully Furnished.  

Many Guests use this Space for Entertaining, as well as Address some of their Additional Sleeping Requirements. 

The Large Living Room of the Main House is a Good Place to Set Up Our 3 "Very Comfortable" Twin Size "Roll A Way" Beds that We have Stored Under the Staircase of the Main Entrance of the Residence, to Sleep 3 More Persons.  The Downstairs' Large Living Room Rents Out for a Flat Rate One Time Charge of $185.00 for the Entire Duration of One's Stay Here.

SECTION #3:  UPSTAIRS' MASTER SUITE ACCOMMODATIONS OF MAIN HOUSE:  
When You Walk In, it is a Combination Living Room, Bedroom, and Newly Refurbished Kitchenette (Which Includes a Brand New Large Refrigerator; Regular Size Gas Stove with Oven; New Dishwasher; and a New Microwave; as well as a Sink and Garbage Disposal; Plus Pots & Pans, Cooking Utensils, Dishware, Silverware, Glasses, Etc.).  The Aforementioned Combination Space/Room, has a New Wrought Iron Queen Size Bed, with Drapes that can be Pulled back to give whomever sleeps there a "Bit More Privacy." 

This Space also Includes a Dinning Table and a Large Living Room Area with New Couch, Chairs, Credenza, Desk, Book Cases, and a New Color TV, with Cable TV Hookup. The Balance of the Upstairs' Rental Unit, has 2 Additional Private Newly Remodled Bedrooms; 2 Bathrooms (One just having been Built), the Other Bathroom is a Large One, with an Adjoining Private Laundry Room, With a New Washer, and a New Dryer, Plus a New Large Utility Sink, and there is a Balcony with a Wrought Iron Stair Case to a Court Yard Below, With a Lion Wall Fountain, with a 600 Pound Pond Base, with New Wrought Iron Table and Chairs, as well as a Chiminia Outdoor Garden Fireplace.

The Upstairs Rental Unit was just Recently Painted Inside.  The Upstairs' Rental Unit Sleeps Up to 6 Persons with the Current Bed Set Up that We have Up there, and Rents Our for $275.00 Per Night.

Additional Outside Amenities
We just Recently Spend/Procured Over $5,000.00 in Patio Furniture for the "Casita" Court Yard, and the Swimming Pool Areas, Including a New Gas Barbecue, with a Rotisserie; One Smaller Gas Barbecue; and a New Chiminia Garden Fireplace/Barbecue. 

Plus We have a New 5 Tier $3,000.00 Fountain Imported from Italy by the Swimming Pool.
