We are from Colorado and our family of 5 stayed at the home last October (2007) with another couple and their 2 children. The home was roomy and clean and well supplied. It was nice that the kids could spread out a little and of course they enjoyed the clean swimming pool. The best part was the proximity to Disneyland and California Adventure, in which we were able to walk to.  It was also a bonus that we were able to see the Disney fireworks from the backyard patio and pool area!  Relaxing in the hot tub was a treat after long walking days at the parks.  We appreciated the prompt communication and organized management regarding our trip during the months leading up to our vacation.  We would definitely recommend the home to others looking for a perfect spot to visit Disney and other Southern California attractions. Our family booked the entire house from December 29, 2007 thru January 5, 2008.  We had a total of 15 people staying there...6 children ages 2 to 8 and 9 adults. 

The close proximity to Disney made it very easy to walk over, spend as much time as the children felt comfortable, then a short walk back to nap or swim.  We had the pool heated the entire time we were there.  Although the weather was cool, the pool was heated to a high enough temperature that we enjoyed it in spite of the cool conditions.

The pool area was especially nice in the evening when the fireworks started at Disney.  Some of the children had already gone to bed, so it was nice for the adults to be able to hang out around the pool and still see the fireworks.

Our family members came from Coos Bay Oregon, Scottsdale Arizona, Saint Joseph Michigan, and Perth Australia.

We would recommend this house for any large family gathering.  Richard and Mark are great guys and they take care of any problems promptly and are available to  answer any questions that may come up.

Let me take this opportunity to thank all of you for our recent stay in Anaheim.  The house was wonderful.  Even with 26 people under one roof, it was a pleasant experience.  I especially appreciated Richard's letting us add the extra four to the usual maximum of 22.  I also appreciated Mark for his efforts to answer any questions we had and to keep the pool area so clean. The pool was definitely a big hit.  Our grandkids and kids (and even grandpa on one occasion) enjoyed it so much especially at the end of a busy and tiring day at Di sneyland.  We hope from our end that everything was okay after checking out on the 30th.  Please let me know of any concerns you may have had.  We definitely will recommend your facility to family and friends, and who knows?  We may be down there to visit you again in a couple of years.  Once again, many thanks to you, Richard, Mark, and the remainder of your staff.

In behalf of our big groups that stayed for the dance competition at Disneyland, we want to let you know that staying in your place was  a very Big Savings for us. Mr. Rowan and Mark were very  accommodating to our needs, and everybody loves the POOL and we liked the whole house. And most importantly our group became close and that what really matters.  Very convenient to the stores, and going back and forth to Disney Hotel wasn't a hassle coz the house is very close by. We hope to stay in your place again next year.

Our family was looking for a house with accommodations to comfortably sleep  15 people. We were celebrating our Mother's 60th birthday. When we came across the Disneyland Resort Estate, we felt it was a perfect and very cost effective way to achieve our goal. Upon arriving, Mark (the caretaker) showed us where all the rooms were , the dishes, towels etc, the pool and the jacuzzi. He gave us a set of keys and left us alone.

Our family raved about the house, it is beautiful! We loved the amount of space, privacy in rooms, and the pool area all to ourselves. The kitchen worked out great because we are able to save money by cooking at the house. And the Disneyland Resort Estate was just blocks away from Disneyland and California Adventure where we were for 2 days of our trip. The very last day we went to the beach and came back for a cookout by the poolside. The kids laughed and played in the pool, we made a huge feast and ended the night with watching the fireworks from Disneyland around the pool. Our kids felt like they were in a storybook somewhere.

All in all our family was able to take advantage of an important celebration that comfortably accommodated everyone and be able to go to Disneyland and the beach because they were so close. If I had to do it over, I would have stayed in the same place. I highly recommend the Disneyland Resort Estate for large parties.

I wanted to write and thank you, Richard and Mark for the outstanding time we had staying in your property at the Anaheim Resort.  We had a marvelous time.  The wedding came off as planned and our families had a great time with the pool, hot tub and everything there.

We had a great time here. The weather was great.  This location made it possible for Families with small kids to come home for lunch and a nap. We all came home for Grandma's dinner each night & then ventured back to the park. Great way to spend Christmas! Thanks for everything!
